Refund & Replacement Policy

At Pictor, all our products are customized and made specifically based on customer inputs. Therefore, we follow a strict No Refund Policy.

1. No Refunds
All purchases made on Pictor are non-refundable. Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

2. Replacement Eligibility (Free of Cost)
We provide free replacements only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged during delivery

  • The product received is incorrect (wrong item/design)

  • The product has a major manufacturing defect

3. Conditions for Replacement Request
To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • You must provide clear photo/video proof of the issue

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

4. Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Minor color differences due to screen variations

  • Slight variations in handmade/customized products

  • Incorrect information or images provided by the customer

  • Change of mind after receiving the product

5. Replacement Process
Once your request is approved:

  • We will initiate a replacement order at no extra cost

  • The replacement will be processed within 3–5 business days

  • Shipping timelines will apply as per our shipping policy

6. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once the customization process has begun.

7. Final Decision
Pictor reserves the right to verify and approve replacement requests. Our decision will be final in case of disputes.
